In an office or school setting, a ringed binder is a crucial organizational tool that can be utilized to organize data for everyday tasks or special projects. Available in a large variety to suit every need, many of these essential folders are manufactured from recycled fibers. If you or your organization pursue an eco-friendly strategy, take a look at these quality recycled options from brands like Avery, Cardinal, Simply, and Samsill, just to name a few.

A Binder for Every Task
In an age driven by electronic data, a hard copy still has its virtues. When you need to organize a report, gather lecture notes, or keep track of daily data, a ringed binder is a good place to start. Recycled ring binders come in a variety of styles. Standard binders are compatible with letter-sized paper (8.5" x 11") while ledger-sized (11" x 17") binders are well-suited to hold spreadsheets and blueprints. Mini binders (5" x 8") are perfect for journaling or note-taking while other options exist that hold legal or A4 (international size) paper. Other binders are produced specifically for hanging file systems.

High or Low Capacity
Choose a recycled binder based on your short or long-term needs. If a presentation folder is required, a simple round-ring 1/2" binder with a capacity of up to 100 pages is a likely choice. A bigger project requires a sturdier binder. Choose from sizes up to 6" with a capacity of up to 1,300 pages. Binders designed to hold a large number of pages are fortified by slant rings that are strong enough to keep your documents safe and easily accessible.

Green Means Good
Recycled ring binders that contain a percentage of post-consumer or pre-consumer fibers are, of course, available in green. But you can find them in 13 other colors too, as well as a variety of multi-color designs.
