Cambridge notepads are essentials in any school or office desk, in student backpacks or professional carry-alls or on the bedside table. Students use them to take classroom notes or to prepare drafts and references for papers, and they use notepads to sketch out projects. Professionals use Cambridge notepads at meetings, in the office or on the go, or they can use the notepads to maintain business records or track inventory movement. Anyone can use them to keep lists, track odometer readings or record other data. Cambridge notepads offer the features that schools, businesses and homes need.

Why You Should Choose Cambridge Notepads
Cambridge notepads are made by the Mead Company, part of the global ACCO Brands corporation, which makes products designed for planning, organizing and learning. Mead is well known not only for providing writing media in all formats and styles, but also for the high-quality writing surface of the filler paper that it manufactures for those writing media. Cambridge is a signature brand for Mead, and these notepads reflect Mead and ACCO Brands' commitment to innovative, creative products for the educational, business and domestic marketplaces.

Line Spacing Options for Cambridge Notepad Paper
The space between the inked lines on notepad paper is called a ruling. Cambridge notepads come in the three rulings that are standard for notepad paper: college, legal and quad. The line spacing of college-ruled paper is 9/32 of an inch, a medium width that is slighter greater than that of narrow-ruled paper's 1/4-inch. Legal-ruled paper has 11/32-inch spacing, less than wide-ruled paper's 3/8-inch. Cambridge notepads also come with quadrille paper, which has a paper-wide grid of vertical and horizontal ink lines forming squares of different rules, normally with four squares per inch.

What Types of Bindings Do Cambridge Notepads Have?
Some notepads have a top binding strip that is glued to cardboard backing and to the papers, then pressed together to create a tear-off point so you can remove individual sheets. Other Cambridge notepads have a tape-bound top-hinged binding with perforations at the top of each sheet to make it easy to remove paper without tearing the binding. Others have single-wire spiral bindings that keep sheets secure unless torn out by hand. Some notepads have a side spiral binding that lets you fold them open, while others have a top spiral binding that lets you flip the notepad up and over on itself.

Do Cambridge Notepads Come in Different Sizes?
Cambridge notepads come in memo size and notebook size. Some notepad sizes have hole-punched paper ready for three-ring binders. Other sizes include 5 x 8 and 4 x 6 inches, so you can choose one to fit any writing, sketching, notation or record-keeping need. Cambridge notepads hold plenty of paper as well, with 70- and 80-count options that give you the space and time necessary for detailed pen and pencil output.

What Other Features Do Cambridge Notepads Offer?
Cambridge notepad covers come in handsome, distinctive colors, including white, yellow, navy and dark blue. Each has the embossed Cambridge logo on the front. Notepad covers are often laminated to make them resistant to tears and moisture, and some consist of heavy-duty cardboard for durability.
