How do I sign up for Associate Rewards?

Associates will automatically be enrolled in Staples Easy Rewards^™. Associates can log into their Easy Rewards account to accept the Staples Easy Rewards Program Terms & Conditions and select their bonus points categories. If a password reset is required, Associates will receive a password reset email. To change the email associated with your account, log into your Staples Account Profile to edit your Contact info. Associates must accept the Staples Easy Rewards Program Terms & Conditions to participate in Staples Easy Rewards and Associate Rewards. Can Associates earn points for Ink & Toner recycling with Staples Easy Rewards?

Associates who participate in Staples Easy Rewards can recycle up to 20 cartridges per month of any used ink or toner cartridge sold at any Staples retail store in the U.S. or online at staples.com and receive 400 Staples Easy Rewards points per cartridge. No minimum ink & toner purchase required. Points earned may take up to 60 business days to be issued. Staples will accept additional cartridges for recycling, but points will only be issued for up to the monthly recycling limit.
