Broke within one week
Really disappointed. I wanted this headset to be great. Unfortunately it was so poor. There was clearly a manufacturing issue with my headset. The retractable mouth piece was broke from day one. The runner cover was not attached to the metal coil underneath and the mouthpiece didnt actually work ie the microphone. Really poor. I have had to send back for a refund.

Great sound!
Bought this a month ago for my husband and they work great! Great noise and the speaker and mic work very well. The mic has good noise suppression.

Good sound, poor mic
I’ve been using these about a month and while the sound quality is good, the people I play with tell me I sound like a robot. Can’t seem to figure it out and wish I hadn’t spent so much money on these.

Absolutely Solid
Finally got some Steel Series headset. They’re really comfortable. The battery life is really an improvement over turtle beach. The switching between Bluetooth and the dongle isn’t something I’d think I’d use but has been really nice. App is nice but don’t use it too much but it is nice to set EQs for games. Great headset for any platform
I bought the Arctis nova 5x to use for my PC. The feature to switch between 2.4 and Bluetooth is great. If you use the Bluetooth on your phone and have the headset in 2.4 mode, it will still notify you if you get a call.

I bought the Arctis Nova 5 for gaming with my son after buying him the 7 for Christmas. I didn't need quite as much as his, and these are perfect!! Honestly really nice but
My biggest issue is the cups are a little too thin for me and they hurt my head. Now that is a me issue. So other than that I like the way they sound, I get zero complaints with chat. The software makes a huge difference. I just wish they fit me better. I had to use some thicker aftermarket cups but they don't sit right. The factory ones are comfy just thin for me.

Overall good headset
I bought it a month ago and needed some time to get into it. Because I have some difficulties with the microphone and it only gets loud when I connect it to my phone or disconnect it. It's very confusing. But in general a good headset

Lightweight, great sound and connectivity
Great sounding headset and very comfortable to wear. Im using 2,4Ghz on my PC and bluetooth on my work laptop, and switching is easy. The retractable microhpone works well too, all in all the best headset I've ever owned.

Great sound and features
I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have loved it I originally had the arctis nova 1 and I finally needed an upgrade the features on it are amazing and useful from just the simple things like the mute led on the mic to being able to customize your audio overall great headset for xbox

Love this new headset
I wanted a lightweight and comfortable headset to use with my Xbox while I walk on the treadmill. This thing is super comfortable even for long gaming sessions, the microphone filters out the treadmill noise well, and it's super easy to swap between my Xbox and phone with the mode switch. Love it!

Great for PC and XBOX
Bought the 5X to use it with my Xbox Series X and also with my PC. It's workinging great with both systems, you only need to click the little button on the dongle when switching from one to another.

Not had a headset since my Astro A50 which were decent, but these are better!!

Pretty good one
Very satisfied with this headset; it's the second time I've bought it. It's very lightweight and high-quality. Both the mobile app and PC software are feature-rich, the mic is great, and the 60 hours battery life is legit! Switching between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz with one click, simply perfect.
