this really works for me
I have had carpal tunnel (bilateral) with the right wrist being worse - surgery as well. I've used an old trackball for year but it failed and is no longer manufactured so I was searching for alternatives. I tried this and it works well for me. Holds my wrist in a comfortable position and is an efficient tool to use with my laptop.
