Easy to set it up
The HP Poly Blackwire 5210 is a very good headset that has been perfect for long working days. It's incredibly comfortable thanks to the soft cushioned headband and it doesn't dig on my head.

Bulky product in comparison to other headsets
Unfortunately, I sending these back because I found them to be too bulky. They would have been good value if they were suitable but aside from the size of them, the sound quality and level was also not great. On the maximum sound setting, I could barely hear my customer although she could hear me perfectly.

Great quality, easy to use and great controls.
Fantastic quality product both in build and sound.

Good head set
Recently tried the HO Poly Black wire 5210 Monaural USB - C/A adapter headset and very please with it.
Great design the folds flat to fit in the provided case for travel - the sound gives good clarity and the microphone is also of good quality. Sits comfortably on the head with adjustable size

Versatile and functional
This is a great set of headphones. It's great how they have usb-a, usb-c and 3.5mm audio jack. Lots of different choices which means it's versatile for different devices! However the audio feedback of when you're speaking and it says muted it too sensitive, as activates when you cough etc

Great headset
I would recommend these poly blackwire 5210 great for noise cancellation,very comfortable to wear.i feel that these could be used in an office setting as well as the comfort of your home.very impressed with the sound quality coming though from the microphone ear piece.

Great headset
Great headset and comfortable for any meetings. If you have kids, one ear is very useful that you can notice what is going on around. Fits perfectly and environmently friendly materials is another bonus. Love the sound and noise from headset. Value for the money and with C/A adapter. Essy to use, the bag are great for storage too. 10/10

The poly black wire 5210 single ear headset is excellent for work calls and meetings, the sound quality is clear ok both ends and the noise cancelling microphone does a great job of cutting out background noise. Good product
In my entire call center career, I have not found better headphones. The wire is Super long, the earpiece is soft, it comes with USB A and C, etc etc Buy Em, they are perfect! Especially if you prefer the one ear free like me
