APC Original battery greatly improved runtimes
Replaced batteries for our SUA2200 with very good results. Previously had tried a compatible brand, cost about 1/2 the price of the APC but had less than about 1/4 of the runtime.

Quantity of one is all you need
I bought quantity two of these since another review mentioned that the photo of the batteries is inaccurate. That review is misleading. The photo of those two units is *exactly* what you get when ordering a quantity of *one* of this RBC55, and it is a complete battery replacement for your compatible UPS. Don't make the same mistake I did, just get quantity of one!

Keeps Your Good Equipment Running
Recently purchased these for a customer with an SMT2200 they've had for a while now. The cost for the replacement batteries may seem like a lot but when you consider the cost to replace the whole unit and the reduced waste from simply replacing the batteries, it's really a no-brainer.

Good documentation for replacement
No comment on the battery yet as it's at the beginning on its shelf life. Documentation on replacement for each model of UPC was well organized. It would have been better if on the product page or the UPC replacement battery selector page, there were procedures in BOLD printing to help me check to see if I have a dead battery before buying. Photograph on this product is inaccurate
The photo shows quantity 2 RBC55 modules (4 battery cells). The RBC55 is a single cube containing 2 battery cells.

Pleasantly surprised.....
The battery replacement was defected, but my IT person called and emailed ADP and was told that another replacement would be delivered and no charge. Well...to my surprised the replacement for the replacement arrived 1 day later. We were told that it would be 3-5 working days....All was good with the new replacement.

The replacement batteries were shipped on time and arrived sooner than expected. They are easy to install and extend the life of my UPS.
