Perfect Unit
All four ports have 100 mA at all times. That will allow up to 4 USB hard drives to be plugged into the StarTech hub simultaneously. Most other USB hubs are only capable of delivering 100mA to one port at a time and even two hard drives will fail. Rugged design and wall mounted options are nice extras that I did not require but do appreciate.

Perfect Unit
All four ports have 100 mA at all times. That will allow up to 4 USB hard drives to be plugged into the StarTech hub simultaneously. Most other USB hubs are only capable of delivering 100mA to one port at a time and even two hard drives will fail. Rugged design and wall mounted options are nice extras that I did not require but do appreciate.
