the best....
for the lap top nothing better it retracts when putting it away... if you happen to have small hands it works great... also children perfect... anyone can use it... but my hands use to cramp up... after i found this type mouse... i was in love....

Warning!!! Cord heated and melted
The entire appartus got very hot where the cord literally melted inside the coiling device. This happened over the course of an hour and a half. If I would have walked away from my computer and left it on I would have had a fire in my home. This will be returned to staples.

Great for travel and at the office
Compact size is great for those with small hands. One user is a real power user so it doesn't last as long for her but does for the other two that use it.

Quality product
For netbook and laptop use while traveling and at home I find the size and cord management to be just right. Built in mice are ok when necessary but should be avoided whenever possible.

Open and use great size for traveling !
The size is great for many reasons small desk area or traveling. Fit in my laptop case nicely. I found this mini mouse was better for games than the larger one. I bought 2 more for my daughters

I love them
I have been using Targus mini mouses for at least 7 years. Eventually the cords break from yanking them too hard and I have to replace the mouse. I love them they fit in my hand without getting lost in my hand take up minimal space in my briefcase are very light and I don't have to worry about running out of batteries

Ultra Mini Mouse is not ultra-mini
I purchased the compact mouse and ordered the ultra-mini mouse thinking it would be smaller than the compact but they are both the same size. When I called to place the order they were unable to tell me the dimensions. I wanted to replace a really small mini-mouse that was half the size of the so-called "ultra-mini" to be used with my really tiny Toshiba libretto com...

Mini Mouse
This little mouse was exactly what I was looking for. It's easy to use very simple to set up and I can take it anywhere. I have a desktop and a notebook and am mouse dependent so having one for the laptop is less frustrating than the skipping that occasionally occurs with the laptop fingerpad.

Awesome!
This is the second mouse I purchased. I gave the other to a family member that tried it out and loved it too. This is a great little mouse but easy to use and store. No need to wind up the wire since it's retractable. I love this mouse.

Just What I Was Looking For
Had a wireless mouse for my netbook and was not satisfied. [...] An added bonus is that it's smaller than the mouse I was using - and much more comfortable to use.
