NEVER RECEIVED ITEM
The FedEx Driver did not deliver as he claims. Item was not left on my porch, picture used was from a previous delivery.

Incredible, price-effective solution
If you've been having bluetooth connectivity issues and have tried everything else (or want to spare yourself the stress), get this. It works, and it works well. Excellent investment. No more choppy headset and much greater range.

Nice Bluetooth Add-on for PC
If your motherboard is older and did not come with Bluetooth, this is a good adapter. Great for headphones and game controllers.

Works great for me
I added this product to my HP DeskTop Windows 11 computer. My HP computer has Bluetooth - BUT - Headphones that I purchased would not connect. This product solved my problem.

Great little product
I bought this last week to give my older PC a bluetooth adapter for my new bluetooth headphones. It worked beautifully!

Bluetooth but in a usb
I used to not be able to use Bluetooth but with this now I can thank you asus for the amazing reason to get Bluetooth things now!

Best USB bluetooth adapter
Upgrade from BT 400 to BT 500 - cost some extra $ compare to other brands but it worths it. seriously

Great Product
This USB device for BlueTooth connection is outstanding. It was easy to install & I haven't had any issues. Connecting to it is smooth & there hasn't been any disconnection issues.

Works Great!
Bought it to pair my BT headphones with desktop computer. Works great! Just make sure to disable any onboard bluetooth first.

Excellent Product
I have had this product for almost 2 months now and have used it a lot. I have an older i5 Toshiba Satellite laptop and the ASUS-USB-BT500 has worked well on this device. I am completely satisfied with this product.
