Very Misleading
I returned this unit, the ad says duplex 11x17, it does NOT, and says that you have 11x17 tray, you do NOT. you must put the 11x17 paper in the back manual feed area, terrible design. I would NOT recommend this product.

Since I purchased my Brothers printer about three and a half months ago, I have not been pleased with the connectivity to my printer. My printer is about four yards from my house router and it will not print on command. However, for some reason, about midnight it prints everything that I had tried to print that day. Frustrating!!!!

Best Printer I've Ever Had
I bought this printer to replace my previous printer which was also a Brother printer. It worked flawlessly for over 13 years, no issues whatsoever. None. Just stopped working. I had to give up on using my new Brother copier?
I tried to start my Brother last night for the first "serious try". No luck at all, and I even had a friend over to help me who knows 10 times the electronic knowledge that I possess.

Don't get it.
This Printer has been so complicated. I figured with it being a higher price option it might be easier to use. it wont connect to the computers half the time. it has trouble connecting to my phone and I cannot figure out to to scan to the computer. every task requires trouble shooting. the whole online data base for trouble shooting is a joke. Installation facile et immédiatement fonctionnelle, autant sur la tablette iPad que sur le pc Windows 11. Scan et impression 11*17 a bien fonctionné. Scan Oct aussi. Bref les fonctions pour lesquelles j'ai acheté cette imprimante bien implantées et à une bonne vitesse.

No bottle tank printer -Great
Wife wanted a tank printer, I didn't want bottles. This was a great compromise. Tank printer no bottles. Fast printer and easily prints from mobile devices.

One annoying issue
The printer works well except that when multiple pages are printing the pages do not stay in order. the mechanism that shoots out the copies has some sort of glitch where some copies are placed on top of the previous one and some go underneath so when I pick up my copies they are not in order. First bad experience with a brother printer
Purchased this printer because it's description stated that it was a business quality printer. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this printer.
