Great Sound
I am using this for our meetings in Microsoft Teams and Softphones and can say that the sound quality is crisp and no complaints from those speaking with me.

Decent headphones
These are a lot more comfortable than the lower end models but they do have a tendancy to slip off the ears

No Complaints
I only gave 4 stars, because I can't give an accurate rating, since I'm not the one using them. I purchased them for a co-worker, and when I asked him if they were working out ok, he said yes. He is a dispatcher, so he has driver's coming in, in person, while dealing with drivers on the phone. So, if he says they are working, and hasn't complained yet after 2 weeks, ...

Larger than H390
The Logitech H540 model has larger ear pieces compared to the H390 model. The H540 has controls on the ear piece itself, whereas H390 has smaller ear pieces and the controls are on the cord. My old H540 had excellent sound quality I really enjoyed. I have not tried my new H540 headset yet but expect the sound to be good and the fit comfortable.

Logitech headset
Audio quality is very good. Cord is somewhat stiff and should angle away from users shoulders as it hangs up. Volume controls are difficult to feel as they lay flat with no reference point when you are searching for them.

Some Documentation would be nice
I don't know whether the microphone mute button is active when the red light is on or whether the microphone is on when the red light on the cord is on.
Also having some responsiveness problems in Office 365 for Mac, despite following help screens in the program
