Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

Great Office Chair
The Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Chair arrived in good condition and was easy and fast to put together. The chair is comfortable and breathable(important since it is being used at a fitness facility).

4th office chair - just not right for short people
I'm 5'2"so it seems impossible to find an ergonomic office chair that doesn't cost a fortune. A co-worker around my height had this chair but he purchased a few years ago. I am very happy with this chair. It is well made, and very comfortable. It has adjustments which make it easy to customize the positions.
The mesh conforms to the body well.
Assembly was easy once I figured out how to install the casters in the base of the chair.

Ergonomic chair
I like the mesh on the bottom and back. I like the head rest but only when I'm leaning back. i Wish i could adjust the height of the head rest. The instructions were vague. I like the feel of the material and how easy the chairs rolls.

Headrest is too low
It's a comfortable chair overall but the headrest sits very low and hits the shoulder. I wish it was desgined in anothre way.

Nice chair, but hard to assemble
Nice and comfortable chair, but hard to assemble with one person. Try to ask for some help especially when connecting the seat and the back support. Also, the meshed seat might not suit everyone as it always compresses your thigh muscles, so better to get a chair pad in between.

Well made, clear simple assembly instructions
Took about 30-40 minutes to easily get put together. Made in Vietnam, and very nicely so. I'm not used to having a headrest, didn't like it, and just removed it. Good range of adjustments. Well worth the price.
