completely dry
Completely dried out, and moistening the sponge doesn't work either.

Nice Alternative to Licking Envelopes

Horrible Lasted less than 2 envelopes
Yeah, this was a waste of money. I am very disappointed that it lasted less than a week and helped me with like 2 -3 envelopes.

I am not sure if I got defective pen, but it does not work very well. I have a really hard time getting the liquid to come out. No matter what I do. Useless!

only good for about 1 use
These were dried up after one use. either lid does not seal tight enough or there is too much glue. To clarify, it was the sponge that dried up and became hard. You could sjhake them and tell there was still liquid in them, but it wouldn't go into the saturated dried up sponge tip.
