Poor Substitution

I did not want these, I wanted plain three-cut-legal size folders, but my Staples has stopped carrying them. I am frustrated by this effort to deprive those of us who use paper files from having the means to continue doing so.

Not what promised
The file is listed as 2 inches expansion, but if you put a 8.5 inches paper in, there’s no room. If you have a file of 10 pages or more your file will be crunched and curled up at the edges. We also paid extra for the “2 inches”.

flimsy stock paper
The folders are of flimsy and thinner quality than the prior folders that we have ordered. The item numbers are the same as before, but the quality of the folders is less sturdy.

Everyone was willing to help and 2 people asked if they could help me. They person checking me out when done even missed getting a small item in the bag and ran it out to the parking lot to catch me before I left. Good people.
