I never got the $14 credit
I like the Brother Printer and the toner. I am not happy with Staples. I have taken in my used toner cartiidges for years. I accumulated $14 worth of credit that I have never benefitted from because you never subtract it from my total bill.

Cartridges for J650DW Brother printer.
These cartridges are great for use with a Brother printer but I’m finding them harder to find recently. Just because my printer is perhaps 10 years old, doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be able to get the proper cartridges for it.

TERRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY
this is a freaking joke. i’d put zero stars if i could. Satisfactory performance. Resent cost of keeping enough ink to work.
Work well but are expensive and need replacement too often. There should be a away to refill the cartridges with ink for a fraction of the cost. Left with the feeling a design objective is to get as much money from consumers as possible. Probably beyond reasonable limits. I know I am not alone in this opinion.
