Very poor print
Bought this to label items at work. Came with a magnetic holder. I mounted on a metal cabinet, the next day the magnets were on the cabinet and the DYMO Label Maker was on the floor. Tried making labels but only the bottom half prints now. Never really was able to use the label maker. Very Disappointed.

I looked at the comparison chart and choose this one because it said external or battery powered. I wanted one that I could use a plug with at work and not have to worry about replacing dead batteries.

Sweet little machine
I'm giving the machine itself 5 stars. However, the instruction booklet is bare minimum at getting you started & doesn't explain the functions of the symbols on the machine. Also, have some clear tape at the ready to put over your labels, as the adhesive on the labels themselves is almost non-existent. Decent Label Maker
This label maker isn't too bad. There are better ones out there, but this one is good for the price. We had one of these in our office for several years, and it eventually kept showing a tape jam error message that wouldn't go away (despite deep cleaning). I ended up ordering another of the same kind, mainly due to the price.

Love my labelmaker
Have owned mine well over 22 years - since they were first introduced. There is a 20 page manual for this on the DYMO website, including charts with all the symbols, including all punctuation marks… If your label is stuck make sure it hasn’t slipped backwards and doesn’t reach the advance wheel.

labels are unusable
The labels print fine, but unless I can peel the backing off of them, they are useless. which is pretty much the case here. I had an old Dymo labler that died on me, and that tape had a split up the middle on the backing. No problem there. But a HUGE problem with the current tape they sell now. I love my label maker!
1st off I just want to say I am stunned at reading so many bad reviews. I absolutely love my label maker!! I was given this as a gift when I commented to a friend on how organized she was. Faded printing
I've had mine for more than ten years. Worked great. Printing looks faded. Changed batteries and cleaned with yellow brush, still is faded. Just as an FYI, labels don't stick to most Sterlite containers. I have to put Scotch tape on first then the label on top of it.

I brought this label maker this morning 01/03/22. The Quick guide is worthless by itself other than telling you on how to install the batteries and label cassette. My printer never asked me to set the date or time after installing batteries. When it comes to printing a label it simple says enter text and print. Joke
Complete junk -says it has a label jam but it doesn't. Changed batteries ,cleaned etc but nothing. Seems from other reviews it's just a bad product.

Operating Manual
Where can I get an operating manual. Also, there was no registration card with the product. When I tried to register on-line, I could not select a language from the drop down.
