1 Divider folder
I have used these folders for years. They last a long time and stay in great shape. I have tenant files that have to be divided in 4 sections to keep different forms in order. Anyone that rents or own should use these. Some of mine are 20 years old and have been reused a few times over. They are also worth the money.

Classification folders
I've ordered these for 8 years for our homebuyer contract files for the designers to use with new homebuyers in the home gallery. I've re-used the for 5 years, and finally ordered some new ones! Company Switch

Very nice folders
We use these folders for larger real estate transaction files, and accounting files. They are great for organizing documents and separating them into their own section. I would highly recommend using them if you don't mind paying a little more to get a good product.

Keeping Your Files Themselves Organized
Instead of flipping through a three inch file trying to find a single sheet of paper, the multi-tab files really allow you to categorize them into four separate sections - once you use them you'll never know how you lived without them!
