The product itself was great. The online delivery and service was a nightmare. Never logged as received by the store and could never reach anyone by phone. Delayed pickup by weeks.

False advertising
The advertised "Non-Glare" feature of Staples Heavyweight product# 34749 is not any better than that of Staples Standard Weight product# 10525.

Good quality but has staples branding on it
The protectors I used to get staples got rid of. Thought I'd try this one from staples. Had I known it had "STAPLES" written down the side of the binder hole part I wouldn't have gotten these. I don't want to advertise. No other protectors I've gotten had branding before. But the quality is fine they are heavy duty and clear.
