Confused
My understanding was that the 5 reams would be delivered in a carton and not separate. Even though they should not of been delivered in such a terrible condition. All the reams were torn open, water damaged and dirty, but the delivery box did not show any water damage, so how did the reams inside the box get so damaged.

Confused
