Not like they used to be
I have been using GBC CombBind supplies for years and have been very happy with the products. I just resupplied my 1/2 spine stock and am very dissatisfied with the quality. Also note that the packaging has changed, so the product image is incorrect. I just used these this morning and if I had time, I would have returned these and gotten something else.
