SEAT IS OVER FIRM
I WAS TOLD BY A PREVIOUS HON CHAIR USER THAT THE SEATS ARE FIRM BUT WILL MOLD TO THE USER. WHEN DOES THIS HAPPEN? VERY HARD SEAT, KIND OF UNCOMFORTABLE. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.
