Review of Toner turned out to be not authentic.
The toner did not work, and the printer gave me an error message that it is not authentic. Now I have to make the time to drive back and return it. In the meantime, I have not been able to use the printer.

Not a friendly staples store
Didn’t work, printer came up with error. Went back to store to see about getting credit for ink so I could purchase new printer at store and they said no! Last time I will shop at Staples!

warning if you take seal off and pass 6 months the ink will dry out

My PRINTER CAN'T FIND IT'S PRINTHEAD!!! ODD BECAUSE IT'S THERE!!
I can't tell you since my printer failed on me - it gave me an error message that it couldn't find the printer head!! Really? Maybe that's why the previous ink I purchased wouldn't fit into the printer, and they had to send a new one.

good quality
manufacturer's replacement cartridges are much less likely to cause printer issues than alternative cheaper versions - stated via personal experience. Prefer the XL versions as they last longer between needing to replace, although printing is limited.
