Good quality audio and video, easy install
This is a decent product - plugged it into a 2 year old PC and it recognized it, connected in maybe 20 seconds and it worked. Good picture quality - not the latest but it's far more than adequate, really sharp and very good with low light, etc. Sound is very good too. No issues. Very happy and using it all the time now that we're home for a while.....

No platform stand included on webcam
I did not like the webcam. It did not have a stand so that it can be placed on a table to get a larger view of an area. The webcam attaches to a laptop. It only captures facial features. I already have a working laptop webcam to do that. I needed a webcam that could do more than my laptop webcam or else what is the sense of having two things that do the same thing. I wi...

It's like a close up mirror
The camera has a fixed view and for standard desk setups the camera is focused in too close. I find I have to sit far back from my desk on calls and it makes sharing screens and taking notes difficult. No one wants to see anyone that close up on a zoom meeting!

Not impressed!!
Doesn't attached securely to computer monitor. Maybe they all just "sit" on top of monitor nowadays. (I had an AIO with webcam built in; salesperson sold me new monitor with no speakers or webcam.) No way to download software from Logitech website. I'll be returning to the store.

It works! It actually works!
I had previously tried to install a web camera on my rapidly deteriorating Windows 10 computer (for a previous online class) to no avail. At least the Logitech C-270's software was able to be integrated with the Camera app in Windows 10 so that I could fully participate in my new online class in Linguistics. Hooray!
