Very comfortable
I love this chair. I finally caved in on getting a computer chair since the dining room chair was getting too uncomfortable! Glad I bought this one. Very comfortable and it supports my back. Love the height adjustment and the tilt affect. Would recommend

got issue on mine, maybe is not lucky
I got high expectation abouth this chair after i tried at store sample. But when i got it,it got few issue to me ,one is the holes not all lining up right, little painful for me to assemble. Another is always leaned oddly to the side a little, make me sitting not comfortable, consider return it for now.

Very comfortable chair
Great chair for better posture. The seat is very comfortable and the arms lift up which allows me to sit closer to my desk. I especially like the higher seating level that most chairs do not have.

Great Chair
I spend between 8 and 9 hours a day in this chair and it remains comfortable all day. It is built well and the pivot arm rests are a great addition. I can finally push my chair up under my desk at the end of the day.

Just what I wanted
I wanted a comfortable desk chair that I could also play guitar in. This chair works because the arms fold up out of the way. Put together by myself although having a helper would have been easier.Chair is comfortable and sturdy and is working as I had hoped!

Hate this chair
It looks good and that’s the only good thing I can say about it. It is not comfortable at all, is very hard to lean back in and it feels like I am always being pushed forward which has now strained my back. The chair sits lopsided as well.

Tilt not adjustable, comfortable
This is not an "Executive" chair, despite the title. The backrest is the same height as a standard chair, which means the "headrest" actually falls below my shoulder blades. Also, while the chair does lock into the upright position, it is not "tilt lock," as fully upright is the only position in which it locks.

I’ve had the chair for a little less than a week. It was easy to assemble-excellent installation instructions. All parts were clearly identified, as well as a step by step guide to putting it together.

Office Chair Doesn't last Long
Bought 2-3 yrs ago, Piston doesn't keep chair up, Bottom Seat sheds the vinyl. Wheels are not very good either, replaced a while ago. Good thing is it's a comfortable chair, not sure I'd buy again or can recommend though.

Amazingly comfortable chair
The chair has excellent back support and seat pads give comfortable support as well. I can't imagine how a more expensive chair could offer more.
Putting the arms on the chair was a bit challenging, as the arms connect the seat and the back.

Decent chair
I have purchasing the staples torrent office chairs for years now, but they stopped manufacturing them. The website this chair spring bonded leather is equivalent to the torrent. The chair is decent, but doesn’t compare to the comfort level of the torrent. This chair is not all leather, unlike the torrent, and this chair has mesh fabric in the middle. Why I have no clue...
