Zero customer support
I have left numerous messages for tech support/email too and no reply. I have read the instructions, frequently, every time I TRY and use it and it does not go to VOC no matter how many times I try. Useless recorder the way it stands now.

Won't even turn on and yes I did put batteries in it. Unfortunately missed the return window so essentially just wasted my money :(
