Using both parts separately. Part with drawer will not work alone with the weight of a monitor. Works perfectly with a laptop.
Other part supports a monitor.
Recommend for this type of usage, or together for a monitor (with the drawer section on the bottom).

Just What I needed... little bit cheap though
This is two pieces.. a drawer and a stand like thing. The stand like thing goes on top of the drawer... or not. I needed something that would raise my monitor exactly three inches, which the drawer part does. The stand part I use for something else. The drawer does have dividers that you can put in or not. It can be one big drawer that will fit a notebook or something. ...
