Easy to Use product
Turbo tax is a good product. It is easy to follow and is great as you use in in following years. It will use your previous year as a guide so you can review last years input to the current years input.

Has become very diffucult to use
Turbo tax used to be easy to use. It is much more difficult. The company request a new pin but then does not accept it. There is no way to contact them unless you are sined in, but it won't accept the new pin you put in.

First time user
It took me a while, but with 2 calls to the Intuit Call Center to learn where to place some of my additions and deductions, I was able to complete the federal return. I added the state return also. The program is mostly user-friendly, but unique situations requires help from them.

TurboTax is great as usual!
I've been using TurboTax for more than 20 years, and I have always been completely satisfied. I have graduated to the Premier version because of rental property. They make it so easy to complete an accurate return.

Requires Windows 11.
While it is not the store's fault, the reality is I could not use the desktop edition. It requires Windows 11 which will not run on my computer. It does say that in fine print. Shame on Intuit!

Disappointment
I am frustrated, not with Staples, but with Intuit.
My return is really not complicated, but I feel intuit is not providing options to questions that I cannot answer. I may as well go to a live tax preparer rather than buy software (which I have) and then need to pay extra for the intuit live person. Intuit is not intuitive for me.

Have used this product for 5 years. The first 2 years it was very good, the last 3 years it has been full of errors and bugs. This year within 5 minutes of use I ran into a major software bug for which there is no excuse.
