Poor Headphone quality
I’ve gone through three sets of these headphones. Bose will honor the warranty, but they send remanufactured replacements, and those seem to last about half as long as the originals.

Bose the best option to hear the music of my life

Truly quiet
I have had the older version for a few years and the clarity of sound and tones is great. The earbuds nearly eliminate 100% of all outside noise so I can enjoy whatever I am listening to. Great when there are no problems
I have owned thesefor quite some time. When there are no problems, these works amazingly. Can't beat the sound or noise cancellation. However there seem to be so many issues. It stems mostly from not connecting properly, Bluetooth not always syncing. Make sure the headphones are going into the charger without any thing impeding the connection or it won't charge. Small ear canals.
I’ve had my ear buds for over a year and have been extremely happy with them. I purchased these to use while I am doing lawn care and shop work. Just average
It's a decent pair of earbuds. I own three different Bose earbuds and these are my least favorite. The noise cancellation is definitely a lower quality than some of their other earbuds, which the price point does accurately reflect, but they still provide quality sound and work just fine.

Quiet Comfort ear buds
I am pro Bose and have been buying Bose for over 30 years. My recent purchase of my quite comfort earphones has come with a disappointment. The ear buds don’t charge well and can when they do charge only one wants to work. When they both work they die in about 10 mins.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have a battery life of up to 9 hours per charge, with the charging case providing an additional 2.5 charges (for a total of up to 31.5 hours of use). A quick 20‑minute charge can power the earbuds for up to 3 hours. Full charge times are approximately 1.5 hours for the earbuds and up to 2 hours for the case (charging time may vary when the earbuds are inside the case).

All around great choice!
I’m a Bose fan for life. I love my Diamond Dust earbuds and the difference they make in bringing my music to life. I’ve found nothing of matching quality when it comes to superb sound, ease of use, and affordability.

Incredible Sound !!!

Perfect for mowing
I've been using my Bose quiet comfort ear buds for 3 years to save my hearing while mowing.
I can mow for hours while listening to a book or music without outside clatter or engine noise! Even with the volume turned down the narrative of my audiobook is crystal clear. I have recommended them to several of my friends and acquaintances.

Another Bose Knockout!
Another example of an excellent Bose product! The sound is powerful yet not overpowering and the ANC does wonders in blocking out the world around me. Finally, the price point isn't too bad either! Highly recommend!

Very good, not great
I traded these in for my 2 yr old QC earbuds. While the sound is excellent, especially the immersion feature, I have a couple of issues with them. First, they don’t fit quite as well as the QC’s, even with the adjustable inserts. Also, they’re very sensitive to touch. If I try to adjust them while listening, it will sense this as a tap. I’ve had to disable that feature....

Life's good
I really enjoy my Bose earbuds that I purchased for personal use and they have been great. I purchased two sets, so I always had a pair to listen too. Would like some information on how to purchase some speakers for my automobile for better sound (2026 GMC Terrain) thanks very much.

I’ve always admired the innovation of Bose. I truly believe the QuietComfort Earbuds showcase outstanding technology—they fit perfectly in the ear, and the sound quality is exceptionally well-balanced and gentle on the eardrums. Hats off to Bose for such an incredible experience!

Great battery life
I have shad my Bose earbuds for several years now. I have never regretted my purchase. The sound is crystal clear. Noise cancellation is the best, no interference only great sound. I have a pair of other name brand earbuds and there is no comparison. I love my Bose Earbuds

Great ANC
I have multiple pairs of Bose headphones and earbuds and they are the best you can buy. I bought these so I could use them at work when I am mowing grass, because the anc works so well it blocks out the loud noise from the mower.
