First to address all the recent reviews before mine. These are NOT used/refurbished units. Every new APC UPS has the quality assurance test label attached to the side. Go look at some unboxing videos or online reviews at reputable sites. They all come with this label, which is a good thing and means they tested it at the factory. I would be concerned if it does not come...

First, as other reviewers, I received a used one, not new as expected.

Used, Refurbished and DOA
Thought I orderd a new one but received a re-taped box with a device with piece of paper taped on the side that said passed all inspections? Sent it back and hope to get a refund.

Do not buy. It is used product and DOA
Do not buy this. This is clearly a used product and was dead on arrival. This is supposed to be a new item. There was a piece of paper in the product that stated it did quality check for a used product. Product did not work. Just kept beeping which is usually what happens at the end of the life for an APC.
