Disappointed. Not durable.
Very disappointed. Both zippers broke off the very first trip. I had to tape my bag shut during travel. I previously had a Samsonite suitcase that lasted me 20+ years with no issues. It seems the quality and durability is not what it once was.

Expected More
Purchased the suit case and after the first flight < 6 weeks from purchase was scratched and the zipper was broken. Now the scratch you can expect, but the zipper failure you should not. Had the case registered and under the warranty, but it will not be corrected. Lesson learned on this one.

Purchased two Outline Pro large suitcases in preparation for travel in June. We are looking forward to using these products, hoping they can withstand baggage handling. The color we choose should make it easier to spot on the bagge belt.

Cherry blossoms in Japan!
Just returned from a gorgeous trip throughout Japan with a medium and large spinner. Celebrated our son’s wedding. Luggage worked perfectly, kept breakables safe, stored whole family’s wedding outfits. Stored great in train station and airport storage. Wheels and handles lived up to the challenges of lots of train, hilly, and challenging travel. Looked sleek.

Amazing Product

Its a relief to have a lock on my luggage.

Outline Pro for International Travel

All I need
This suitcase offers ample space as a carry on. I love the different compartments available as well as the “select a height” handle option. The zippers have withstood some heavy packing and the wheels glide like a dream.

Great products. It's easy to organize contents and most importantly, it lasts for a long time.
I have total 4 pieces..3 large spinners and 1 carry-on and I am a heavy user. I travel 6-7 trips a year and usually my travels last a month to two months.
