Better Cup O Jo
I am not a coffee nerd but I do like my coffee. It surprised me when I made my coffee the same as I have made for years and it came out a better tasting cup of coffee. Same coffee, same amount, same everything and a better tasting cup o jo. I am now convinced that a better coffee maker makes a better tasting cup of coffee.

Would not work
This particular unit was not up to Cuisinart standards. The pod side of the machine did not work. Very disappointing. Had to return it.

Very good coffeemakerjack
We are happy with the machine. The coffee seems to taste better and be hotter than the coffee our previous coffeemaker produced. Our only complaint is the small capacity of the K-cup reservoir.

Very happy with this new version!
Been using for two weeks and just love it. Carafe does not drip when pouring like other past versions. Coffee from both the single cup and carafe come out hot and as strong as you want it.
Single cup brews in less than 2 minutes and has multiple sizes from 4 oz to 12 oz.

Not what i expected
Its okay. Do not buy white. It gets dirty really quick . I had high expectation for the new cold brew and its just okay. Could be me. But, the normal hot coffee side is great.

Fast and good.
We have had visitors twice since purchasing this product and have been very pleased with the quality. It works fast and keeps the coffee hot the way we like it. Even when it is the two of us, coffee is better than before.

Bought one from sams and set it up and did not work called in when over everything and still did not work took it back to sams exchange for other one that one DID NOT work took it back will NOT buy another one

Dispute is over
Almost 2 months and LOVE how I can have my pot of coffee while hubby enjoys his pod! Only 4 stars as the display isn't back-lit as shown on the box. Not a huge concern, but does make it a little difficult when choosing size for pod use.

Hot but noisy
Love the functionality and getting a hot cup of coffee what I don’t like is how noisy it is. My other model was much quieter. Sounds like a spaceship going up when u use the one cup function. I ll deal with the noise because I love a hot cup of coffee

Fantastic Coffee Maker Duo
We love this product. We have always had Cuisinart coffee makers and thought they were great. We decided to upgrade to the unit with single serve and traditional coffee maker. It looks beautiful and works beautifully. It doesn't take up too much counter area. The set up was super easy. Highly recommended this coffee maker.

Bought this a few weeks ago, like it lots but be aware, pouring from the carafe can be tricky. You must pour very slow or you will spill water or coffee everywhere.

So far so good.
After two weeks of daily use this coffee maker has preformed flawlessly. My experience with other brands that have only lasted about 15 months at the most before the heating element burns out lead me to switching brands. Hopefully this one will give me many years of service.
P.S. A battery backup to hold settings during a power outage would be a nice improvement!

Loud
Super loud while brewing. K cup snaps loud when opening & closing. Pot burner surface is rough & scratchy sounding when you take the pot in & out.

new 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker is awesome
I received my 2-IN- 1 Coffeemaker a month ago and love it! this is a replacement of an older version and this one is much better. The single serving coffee unit works flawlessly ever time

Customer service is outstanding
We have always purchased Cuisinart products because we find them so be reliable. However, when our two in one coffee maker started leaking, we were concerned that we might have to buy another one. We were pleased to discover Cuisinart honored a three year warranty on the coffee maker and promptly sent us a brand new one, we will definitely be buying the Cuisinart brand ...

Great newer model.
This unit is a replacement for our first coffeemaker which after 10 years wore out. We liked is so much that we purchased its replacement in the newer model. Great unit for both pods and pots. Highly recommend

Hoping for the best
Inconsistent fill amount on single serve side. We have had 4 units due to pods exploding. Makes a mess. Bottom needle needs a larger opening so it doesn't.t clog and explode. Cuisinart has been great about replacing the units at no charge but it would be nice to have a trouble free coffee maker.
