So far this laptop is what i needed for my school. The screen felt bigger once I unboxed it and the keyboard and touch pad feel good. I'm happy with the purchase price as well since it was on sale.

Terrible not working at all
This computer is terrible I can’t even open my emails or print them. I had to pay for a driver $9.99 a month that isn’t even downloading right. If I can’t get help to make it work I’m returning it!

Serves its Purpose
For the price, this laptop does a decent job for what I need. Setting it up wasn't difficult, just took a while for the installation and updates to process. But once that was done, everything was good. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Glad I caught it as sale price.

Touch pad gets stuck, computer lags.
Was really excited, however the touch pad gets stuck OFTEN and the computer is slow and lags.
