Best inkjet printers, bar none
I've had the Ecotank ET3850 for about a month. It was quite easy to set up, and the print quality is excellent. Perhaps best of all, the genuine Epson ink for it is ink sold at a remarkably low prices, without needing any ridiculous "subscription". That makes the cost per page less than 1/8 that of my old inkjet printer. I switched to Epson Ecotank from another major br...

advertizing
It was unclear that the unit was refurbished. This was definately false advertizing.

Awesome and Reliable!
I purchased this ET-3850 printer because I needed a backup of my backup. I love the Epson printers as they are so reliable, sturdy, and the prints come out very vibrant. The wi-fi connection is very reliable and steady too.

So far so good
The install was a little tedious but once we started printing, it has been quite productive. It prints well. The ink levels are still quite high with over 300 pages printed so far. I am glad I made the purchase.

So far it's okay.
Had some issues with errors when printing large documents 200+ pages. I don't like how it keeps asking me about refilling the tanks. This happens almost after every print.

does not keep wi-fi conection!
Well over the last 3 weeks I have had to use the espon software to reconnect the product to our home Wi-Fi. I have called several times to epson customer service. as I have to reconnect everyday now just to get it to print. Now past the return window at Staples. I just need it to work! So disappointed in this product.

Look to HP
Very disappointed. Paper jams in document feeder with just 1 piece of paper.
VERY slow printing. long pauses between pages and printing on the reverse side.
Noisy when printing.

Doesn't connect to Wi-Fi
Avoid: doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi (after it worked a month). Error code (202620) isn't anywhere on the website. Fortunately, the wire works...so far. Yes, it's sitting next to the router, which I even restarted.

Decent printer but some drawbacks
Pros: ink is cheap and lasts forever. It prints regular documents and pictures very well. It’s a decent option for general printing in a small business or at home. It does have a flatbed scanner and 1 side ADF scanning. It prints in card stock pretty well.
You should know before you buy this priner that if you want to scan and copy a page on 2-sided with ADF so that i...

Nice Printer for Price
Easy setup and has been working great. PDF and OCR with scanning software is a nice feature. The only issue I had was getting some ink on my hand when installing. But other than that- its been great.

WHY IS CONNECTING SOOOOOO DIFFICULT!!!!!
I was excited about getting this printer with all the features, but became extremely frustrated with attempting to connect it wirelessly to my computer. It does not come with a cord to connect directly connect to the computer or a disk to put the driver on the computer. You have to download them from the Epson site. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had wi...

I regretted having bought it!
Disappointing. Epson has a download driver that is not current. A disc to down load a workable driver was not included. Customer Service passed me off to a third party who eventually got me onto a site where I could download a driver. The person tried to sort out the problem, no luck at the time. The next morning I checked my application files, a there was a recent down...

I wish ET had been invented years ago!
I bought the certified renewed ET-3850 a few months ago (we still have a great ET-2670) & it is a fabulous printer. I love not having to buy the expensive cartridges & a refill lasts for many months. I could not tell it was not brand new. I am well pleased & will buy one for my daughter.

Worst product for the money
Very bad. I keep having issues with this printer. First is connection issues. Because not wanting to mess anything up when it finally prints, I am afraid to turn it off and leave it on all the time. And just when I thought the connection issue has stabilized, the paper started jamming. It gets so bad I am getting more than 10 jamming before 1 page can be printed. No mat...
