I built it with my seven year old, and while I know it's recommended for ages 8 and over, it would likely be tough even for 8 year olds who may not be very skilled with building sets. Mega Dragonite 387 piece building set
The Mega Dragonite kids building set comes with 387 pieces. The set includes an instruction book and several pieces in bags to be completed in stages. There are several small pieces so a child may need help from an adult as instructions are easy to follow but are very detailed. Dragonite needs to fly...
Perfect set for an 8yr old Pokémon fan to build on their own. It took my son about 5 hours to build the figure all by himself. The figure looks great with lots of movable parts. Great for all ages, with some help
I built this with my 8 and 6 year olds, and It was definitely challenging for them. This build in particular has a lot of really small pieces and I don't think my children would have finished this by themselves - the Dragonite is definitely something you would have to help your children with if they're on the younger side like my kids. Fun set that is just challenging enough.
This was such a fun set! My daughter has really loved doing these kinds of sets lately and her younger sister likes to watch. This set took us about 2 hours to complete. Great Pokemon gift!
This Pokemon Dragonite set was perfect for my Pokemon loving son. He was super in to unboxing and starting on it. He was a little disappointed that there was a missing piece in the first bag but luckily it didn't deter him from finishing it.

Challenging but cool when done
My 8 year old son loves Pokemon and was excited about this set. We are more used to lego sets so we had bit of a learning curve to understand the step-by-step directions. Kid approved
My 7 year old loves Pokémon and Dragonite is one of his favorites. He has some other MEGA toys and loves them. The Dragonite was easy for him to put together by himself. Having the bags numbered definitely helps going step by step without having too many blocks out at once. It’s super cool that you can even have it move. He is very happy with this

LOVE
My 9 year old LOVES pokemon and dragonite happens to be MY favorite pokemon so i was really excited for her to have this! She hasn't done a lot of building with little blocks, but she was able to follow the instructions and complete this with minimal help. The end result looks super cool to display with her other pokemon things!

Great but took us a bit.
This one was a little more difficult then we thought, it looked easy but we struggled through it and even then have not completely finished maybe here soon, the whole movement of the wings is what my daughter is waiting to see.

Fun dragonite
My 2 boys loved building and playing with this Mega Pokémon Dragonite. My one son loves dragonite and was super excited to get this toy. It was super easy to build and fun to play with. It had cool movable wings which my kids enjoyed.

Awesome
My son had so much fun with this build! We had a little teouble with the flapping gear but once we redid it work great. Kept his attention till it was break time. It looks so good and stands up well on its own.

Endless time of fun playing with Dragonite.
I have three boys and they love Pokemon and building Legos for hours. This was a perfect choice for all of them to enjoy. The Mega Pokemon Dragonite character, the design and colors are good. We are happy about the choice.

Great
This was a great set, but it had some challenges to make sure to get it together just right. Overall it only took a few hours to complete and my 8yo was able to do most of it in his own. Once completed it is a great addition to his expanding Pokémon collection

A fun build!
This Pokémon toy was a hit at our house. We love building things, and this was a nice mix of difficult, but fun. All the 387 pieces come in labeled bags (1-7) which is so helpful for finding pieces when you are building. The instructions are pretty easy to follow.
