It does NOT work on Windows Operating Systems older than Version 10.

Not for long-term use.
This is an excellent device, until it isn't. Mine stopped working for no clear reason after only a couple of years of use. Repeatedly drops connection with my router.
I replaced this unit with a spare, which still works for now, but I have no confidence that this product will last.

The other review is dense
Putting this in because the genius with the other review forgot to read that it openly states in the requirements section "windows 10 and 11". Read before you buy, people.
As for the product? it works well enough, wouldn't say its the best thing in terms of wifi adapters but i mean its 50 bucks. not bad for the price.
