Streamlined and easy to use
I bought this to replace a very old Seagate backup drive of 2T. I didn’t need 5T but it was cheaper than 4 so I got it plugged it in and off it went.

One of two was defective straight out of the box
I purchased 2 of these drives and one of them came out defective out of the box. Tried in vain to get it handled at Staples and ended up having to send it back to the manufacturer and settle for a refurbished replacement.

NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR MAC
This particular Seagate model is formatted for Windows and even though can be formatted for Mac has to be done manually. It is not exactly plug and play and also is a little bulky did not meet my expectations and returned for more suitable device.
