Terrible
This is the worst window unit ever, Last summer it worked amazing, This summer all it does is blow Air. Not Cold air.. as much as I paid for this unit I should of gotten more than 2 summers out of it.

Great window a c
This a c Is 50% bigger than my old one and uses 1/3 less hydro. Was definitely worth the upgrade and bring able to set a run schedule on the app was a nice bonus.

Keeping cool when needed most.
Old A/c went out in the middle of our hot season streak. This one though slightly smaller broke the heat and is keeping up. I like the networking feature as well, turning it on before I get home. Glad I picked this one up!

Bought this window unit for some unexpected higher than usual heat. Cooled our main level perfectly to keep us comfortable.

Great value
I love this appliance. I love the remote control and the ability to time my usage. The only downfall that I can think of is I want the ability to control the airflow as far as it being high low of somewhere in between

By far out performs any portable AC
Amazing product!! Really enjoy the wifi control and the consistent performance of cooling air and air flow from the unit. It does well with condensation but will eventually begun the leak out liquid from condensation out of the bottom of unit. Just insure your unit is installed correctly and you'll be in the clear! Cool relief
This ia good looking and quite easy to install unit. I did add an outside support to take some weight off the vinyl window frame. Easy to operate and OK noise wise. I wish my window faced into the room but the adjustable vanes help to move the air.

After six years of running great my last Frigidaire 12,000 BTU air conditioner started to slow down and I went out and bought another one. This one works even better than the first. This is our second Frigidaire air conditioner. Out first one lasted 12 years. This one is a perfect fit in our window. It cools out downstairs perfectly. I would purchased another Frigidaire appliance in the future

Great AC units
I love this series. I love being able to turn it on from work so the room is cool when I get home. The app works great. I do not even use the remote. I just ordered another for the first floor.

Easy Installation, Good Quality, Does The Job
Can't say more good things about this A/C unit. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it surprisingly does not blow very cold air. The A/C unit I pulled out that was 5 years old had colder air and it was the same size unit. But we are satisfied with our purchase.
