Constantly thermal throttling
Laptop constantly thermal throttles. When I started tracking it, it throttled 63% of the time in a 90 minute test of just web browsing. Buyer beware.

Solid 7/10
This is definitely a solid laptop, BUT it has some issues. I haven't had the laptop for 24 hours yet but I'm already noticing certain sites are very slow loading and my bluetooth headphones disconnect between songs occasionally.

It's better than my 10 year old HP laptop
I've been using a 10 year old HP laptop, primarily to run my annual tax software, otherwise, I prefer to use Linux. The ASUS laptop is so much lighter to carry around, and I love the illuminated keyboard and faster processor.

Worst computer I have ever owned
Have had it in for service at staples twice and sent into Asus twice with no luck. still doesn't work Terrible service and Terrible computer Don't Buy this Asus Vivobook you risk the same problems I have. Fast but has wifi and battery issues
Overall the laptop is nice. However, the major problem is wifi connection. I was either frozen or dropped from my Zoom meetings, whether I was on the same floor or upstairs. I needed to keep my distance within 20 feet.I need to keep it connected to 2.4ghz. I put my 10-years old Dell next to it and it got better coverage.
