Constantly thermal throttling
Laptop constantly thermal throttles. When I started tracking it, it throttled 63% of the time in a 90 minute test of just web browsing. Buyer beware.

Asus Vivobook
Stated in the description in bold print, 1st few lines of heading, that it had backlit Keyboard. It was false advertising- contained absolutely NO BACKLIT keyboard ~ I wasted 3 days setting up to find out no backlit keyboard. A real shame and the pc was returned

I'm writing the review while on the computer. It is a great e-mail, surf the web, stream video and do some Word and Excel work computer. It is true the keyboard is NOT backlit as the description says. I don't need that feature so it isn't a big deal for me.

FALSE ADVERTISING, NOT Backlit keyboard, but good
The heading for this laptop said the keyboard had a backlight, but it doesn't. That was false advertising. The backlight was the main reason I chose this one over ones from other stores, so I'm disappointed and will be wary of shopping at Staples again. The laptop is good other than that (so far), especially for the price.

It's nice, I've only had it a week, no backlit keyboard, and I thought Word came with it. I think the laptop is good, I think it's the new Windows 11, It kicks me out all the time. I need a class.

Keyboard is not back-lit
My only complaint is that the item is advertised to have a back-lit keyboard. It is not. That was disappointing and one of the reasons I selected this item.
