These headphones are great. I had an issue and they fixed it promptly. Thank you JBL. I've been buying your product since 1979. I was 17. My first set of home speakers and I still have them. I can't say enough good things. Thank you.

Low volume
I bought this 5 days ago. These headphones are the worst. Low volume. I told them that I will pay the difference amount for JBL 770 nc, but they denied since they know that these are worst and no one’s gonna buy them.

Very comfortable. JBL has the best no pain cushion
I like how comfortable it is and the flexibility is amazing with long lasting battery. The only down side is the quality of sound. Which is normal but comparing it to the other headsets, this one is almost sound proof but the sound only comes up with a bit high volume. 10/10 Headphones! I definitely recommend JBL.
I’m genuinely impressed with the JBL Tune 720BT. I bought them for myself on December 25th, 2025, and they’ve been fantastic from day one. I fully charged them on December 29th, 2025, and they didn’t die until January 15th, 2026 — and that’s with me using them on and off almost every single day. The battery life is unbelievable.

help i’ve been scammed

Got a set about 4 years ago and theyve finnaly kicked the bucket, used them heavil on the jobbsite and theyve served me well, 76hr battery life is also great, just bought a new pair and oping they last me about as long

Satisfied customer
I am extremely happy with these headphones. I have had them for several weeks now and yesterday was the first time I had to charge them. Granted I don't use them all day long. I do use them daily and am very satisfied.
