impossible to assemble
The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't, so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.

Should have paid for assembly
I have a screw, that after more than an hour and a blister, does not stay in the slot. Will ask for manufacturer to replace screw. You can assemble it if you are not short, have a week upper body or have carple-tunnel syndrome. Once mostly assemble it appears to be okay but I will not be tossing out my 30 year old original chair.

Comfortable enough for the discounted price
Definitely not the best chair out there but it fits my need. No headrest for the price. It is comfortable though it does not extend backward enough. It is sturdy so far. Hope this lasts for years to come.

Junk!
Do NOT buy this chair. Like others have said, putting it together is a nightmare. The holes don’t align with the arms and the seat, so it can’t be assembled completely. I’d return it but I got rid of the box and packaging already. I can’t believe Staples sells this piece of junk. There will probably be a product recall of it because it will crash while someone is sittin...

Easy Assembly, not so much
After fighting with the instructions for 20 minutes I figured out it made no sense. You assemble the back and arms, then wedge the seat into the...wait no, loosen the arms and...no, it won't wedge in. OK, arms off, back only, SQUEEZE into place ok back's on. Arms...stripping the plastic on the side? Fine, attach the bottom first and ... nope they don't go on there easil...

Decent for the price
Good chair for the price, not too big to take up space in a small office. Assembly was difficult needing some wrestling to get all the screws and holes to line up but solid once everything was tightened down.

Good Chair
The chair is a good value for the money. I really wanted to get a full mesh chair but having it on the back portion is better than the chair I had been using. Easy to assemble and feels durable and comfortable.
