Change Toner Error
I bought this printer in March 2025, right away we printed a few thousands pages and there was no way to print without changing the toner, they took away the reset function! Less than 11 months later, we changed toner and drum and still having the error! Contacted Staples and Brother, both told us tough luck even though this is under a 1 year warranty. My worst print...

Worked great until it didn't
Software upgrade has damaged spooler. It used to run like the wind. Now consistently get error and no print.

Not the best it could be
When it works is it’s amazing. Have issues with it not waking up to print from sleep stage. The only way to make it show up as a printer is to power cycle it.
Rather annoying to have to do every time I want to print.

Good quality.
I plugged this into the USB port and it was less easy to set up than I was accustomed to. I am accustomed to Windows printers recognizing and popping up ready to go. This was not my experience. We got it working but only after putzing about.

Very nice except Password
Love the printer, reliable and good quality output. Only problem I can not upgrade the firmware, the password on the back and the default password will not work, I hope Brother reaches out

I have had other Brother Printers that were much better. HLL6210DW is having an issue with leaving streaks when it’s new.

Night Mare - Don't Buy
Worst brother printer Ive ever purchased. It poped my braker over and over. It doesnt print 50 pages a minute. The paper drawer paper measurer it to short or to long for standard paper. When you make a second copy and select a group of pages, you have to wait for it to finish to put another set of pages in, otherwise the whole printer freezes! I purchased this printer i...

No help and I'm stuck
I had assistance with Brother's back office loading the set up and installing the driver. The second drawer has never been recognized and can't go work as a notary without it. No luck getting assistance with this problem. Online directions are clearer, however, drop down doesn't provide the choice that's recommended. I'm stuck.

Time to replace my Boat Anchor
I always hoped the day would come when I could replace my 20-year-old Konica Minolta 4650 printer with a newer technology printer with more features.
