Problems with this shredder
I purchased this 12/10/2024. It worked fine until 10/30/2025. At that point it would stop after about 1/4 of a sheet of paper and the paper jam light would come on. I tried reversing and restarting but the same thing occurred. I contacted the product support they agreed there might be some problem with a sensor that was providing an erroneous signal to the cutter hea...

No liner -
The only thing I don’t like about the shredder is it can’t take a plastic liner for the paper shreds - I have to empty it into another lined container and that always makes a mess to vacuume up -

What a work horse!
The ST62155 20 sheet micro-cut multi-media shredder a work horse! I did a lot of research on various shredders and the above shredder checked all the boxes. It's on the heavier side which is why I'm referring to it as a work horse. Thirty minutes of continuous shredding is more than enough time to go through boxes of old tax returns. You won't be disappointed.

MicroCut shredder
This is by far the best shredder I have used. It cuts quietly and the shredded pieces really are extremely small. About the size of a hole punch. I believe it was a great investment.

A real work horse that was still working. Purchased this as replacement in a recent move and very disappointed.

It’s a great replacement from my older shredder & is much quieter too. So far I really like it & use it regularly. The wheel movement is a bit annoying, & maybe there is a way to lock them in place. If so, I don’t know about it & there was not an info booklet & warranty code that I could find in the box.
