Horrible. The paper rarely stays centered when the scanner starts up and rips up the paper or runs an error. Very time consuming and inefficient.

This scanner jams frequently. It's very frustrating because if you are scanning on the normal setting, and it's more than one page this happens quite often and then the pages get damaged. You have to slow down the scanning speed, and then sometimes it works better (but if it's advertising scanning multiple pages, you shouldn't have to do that). I previously had a bro...

Scanner is very easy to use technologically speaking.
Physically, near impossible to properly load paper to scan. It folds and crumples the paper while trying to copy it, almost every time.
