Short lived
Purchased 08/2023. Worked great until recently. Now it will run for 5 minutes or so and then stop working. According to the lights (solid red, solid white, solid red) it has an internal issue. Buyer's Remorse
Less than 30 days out of the box it was inoperable. The only error messages you get in the app is "an error has occurred" - so you can't research anything to try and figure out what is wrong with it. Called the customer service line and they had me go through a ridiculous series of turn off/turn on only to be told - well you can return it to the store you bought it from...

Great product
This is a great robot Vac. I've had other brand name robot vac in the past that just does not measure up to this one. On top of producing great products the shark company also has a great customer service team. I highly recommend.

Loved the Self-Empty Bin
I only had this Shark for a few days and I returned it. I wanted to like it. Sadly it just couldn’t perform. My cleaning area is under 1000sf of total hardwood and this robot had to recharge 3 times before it could finish. I’ve had several Neatos and another Shark, this one just couldn’t handle the job! I did love the self-emptying bin, though!

ABSOLUTY NOT
DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased my Shark Matrix and was completly not satisfied. At first it works well, however after a few weeks the robot began to miss multiple parts of the house and we need to re-map it multiple times a month. ALSO the battery dies VERY quickly. Completly not worth it. Keep your money.

Horrible
I bought this a month ago and used it about 5 times. It keeps stopping saying the brush roll is stuck and when I open it there’s nothing there and the dirt cup is empty. It misses spots on the floor. My old shark was 100% better

Really picks up and saves me time
I bought this about one month ago. I initially did not want a self emptying robot, but I am so happy and pleased that I did. It can vacuum my living, dining, laundry and 1/2 bath rooms without my having to worry if it is getting clogged

It's ok but not as great as the first model I had
I really like the first one I had , that had two brushes and would go under my end tables and furniture....
The peace thats on top of the new one will not allow it to go under places like the first model i had!

I love the shark the older one because this one can't go under many of my things that the other one did so I had to send it back

Works good, but disappointed overall
Frustrating that the vacuum stops frequently with error message "brushroller is stuck". No obvious debris in the brushroller. Also, vacuum is very noisy when in operation.

Great vacuum and easy to set up
So far so good! Set this up a couple weeks ago and it’s doing a great job. Easy to use and cleans really well.

House never fully cleaned
The vac itself is fine although the "trap" door for the roller brush is too tight and I have get a flat tool to open it. The worst thing though the scheduler on the app won't allow more than an hour clean. It programs the rest of the starting the clean over again which means some of the house is never cleaned.

Can’t live without it
my old shark quit working so I was sent a new one and I couldn’t be happier. Having a dog that sheds makes this machine in dispensable. I can’t tell you how much I love it.

I love it, but...
I purchased this vacuum robot in NJ 1 month ago and I am loveling it.
Just a problem, I live in Brazil and the app doesn't work outside the USA and Canada, I'm very upset about it.

Great for household with pets
Works well for in-between deeper cleaning! We have two dogs so pet hair is an issue on a daily basis. The Shark Matrix is perfect to help keep the floors maintained.

Broken straight out of the box!
My shark came broken! It was making the loudest noise ever, like the engine was messed up. I am a big lover of Shark and Ninja products and this isn’t my first Shark vacuum so I knew something was wrong.
