why not
it works really good but why cant i buy another one and use the same door bell as with 2 charm i call and thats what they told me

Chime is chiming on it on throughout day and night. Chime is chiming and regular chime is chiming.
I'm still having the same issue with the replacement item. I have reported it to Lorex and I'm told that the issue has been escalated. I'm awaiting a call back.

Great add-on! Don't get the doorbell cam without this!
Works perfect! Easy to set up (3 min). I wondered if it would be loud enough to hear throughout our home (about 4,000 sq ft) and there's no doubt it is. I love that you can pick the ring tone and place it wherever is convenient. Great product!

So far it’s working as advertised. I was hoping to disconnect my original chime but it appears I have to have it hooked up for the lorex video doorbell to have power. That’s a bummer

Works good so far. I like the fact that it has a sound alert when someone approaches even if they don’t push the bell. Pretty nice.

Questionable requirement
I did purchase this product thinking it was a requirement for the doorbell camera, however it would probably work well if I didn’t have the mechanical doorbell already that I was able to connect. I do notice it goes offline quite a bit, so I am not sure it was necessary, at least for me.

Second doorbell enhancer.
This is the second enhancers I have purchased. . I purchased the second one for the other end of the house.
I also love how I don't have to pay a monthly fee. It is great to view inside my house, along with outside, when I am away from home.

Good, needs better sound choices.
While the device works as intened, the provide audio options for a doorbell suck. They all sound like a bad phone. I want a doorbell that sounds like a doorbell, and honestly I expected this to have musical options and perhaps even let me upload my own songs. This is a Wi-Fi doorbell chime after all, it's on the internet.

App only allows one person to be signed in... Terrible for a family
I love Lorex in general but I am highly disappointed in the fact that their App can only have one person signed in at a time. This makes having any type of Lorex doorbell camera or home system impossible for a family.
