Can reuse the solution bottle and use reusable pad
Love this product for these reasons the solution bottles can be reused for other cleaning solutions and you can buy microfiber reusable pads for it as well save alot of money by doing this. I use other cleaning solutions in my bottle and bought a o cedar refill microfiber mop pad which fit perfectly. i wont have to keep buying the swifter only brand to use my power mop.

Stopped working
I would give the Power Mop zero stars if I could. This is my 2nd purchase of this model, fooled me twice. It's extremely irritating when I get into an optimal top to bottom deep cleaning mode, and I grab my mop for that final touch, and it doesn't work. I'm now looking for another battery free option.

Stopped working

Super disappointed.
Opted for the newer version, because it promised a deeper clean, ordered extra pads and soap, and got to use other twice before the batteries died. Replaced them with brand new ones, and they were immediately dead. Repeated, and again they didn't work. But they worked elsewhere... now I have a swiffer I cant use, and am out quite a bit of money. So disappointed

Cleaning solution too strong
I used this mop for the first time and it worked great, but the Fresh cleaning solution that comes with it is so overpowering that it makes me want to mop over the floor with soap and water just to get the smell out. We opened up the windows but now 3 hours later the smell is still too strong in the house.

Works as promised but too short for tall people
Product works good on my tile floor. However, they need to include an extension piece for taller people. I'm 5'8" and end up hunchback just to push it with some force behind it. Could have been so good

product let me down after a couple months
i’ve had my swiffer power for about two months. It worked great up until now. I just put fresh batteries in it and it won’t do anything when I press the button.

First disappointment ever in a swiffer product!!
I am so disappointed in the power mop. The handle is flimsy and continuously unsnaps. The refills. pads are ridiculously priced. Going through multiple ones to fully do floor. Wish I would have stuck with the good ol original swiffer. Won't recommend to anyone.

Garbage!

Stopped spraying
Worked good for awhile then stopped spraying just drizzled out. I have changed the batteries and still same thing. How can I fix the problem?

Don’t buy this product
I thought it will work good because it’s quite expensive but after a month it stopped working. I have changed the batteries and did everything that I can do but nothing worked. Very disappointed with the product.

Doesn't work long
I have only used it a total of maybe 10-12 times and it has stopped working already. I changed the batteries tried to clean the nozzles and nothing. Very disappointed.

The new fresh scent with pink flowers made my dau.
I’ve always liked this product. But the new freshness scent with pink flowers made my daughter and mother have a full on asthma attack. It was very scary. Hopefully this company can look into this. None of the other scents have done this.

Didn’t work, have to return

Do not waste your money!
I am so very disappointed in my swiffer power mop. It is such a waste of money. Please do not waste funds on a purchase of this product. Not only are the pads, not reusable or washable (and very expensive to replace), the sprayer does not spray at all, and of course, the liquid furnished does not last very long. Mop padswill not stick
I just don't get it. Recently purhased this product because I thought it would be perfect for my hardwood floors and I cannot get the mop pads to stick.
