Inconsistent connections
Product is overpriced for its capabilities and it does not hold the WiFi connectivity. Does not work well with Mac Book computers.

This printer is the best. At my office I have one of the large office style copiers and at home this beauty. This one out performs the other one hands down. It is faster has more vibrant color and many more features inside. I also got a great deal on this one so that made the pot even sweeter.

Worst printer I ever sold in my IT career

Great Printer for Home

Do not Buy - Over-priced piece of crap
Had better $70 printers
1. had a lot of problems even getting it to connect to my older computer.
2. Print quality on photos is very poor, even when you adjust it to its highest quality.
3. Scans are poor, especially if you have lighter receipts that you're trying to scan.

A great printer at a great price

HP Color Laser Printer
Love the look and speed of this printer. Learning how to clear paper jams. Very different than last HP laser printer. Only negative is that the paper tray is much smaller than my last printer.

First of all the best experience I’ve had and a big shoutout to Randy at the Vestal, NY location. I had a Brother MFC which had served me well for 10 years but went with the HP in this instance. They had it in stock and it scanned a d printed double soded which is what I wanted. So easy to set up in all set now and again Randy made my day !!

Scanner is junk, prints fine though
Setup was quick and easy. Connected to the network. Tried to use the ADF but it constantly pulls multiple sheets at one time, either resulting in an "overlapped scan" or a jam. Also the "Scan to pc" option disables itself after a few minutes and you have to go back to your computer, an "enable it" again. Not sure why it won't stay active - our last HP worked great but t...

The colors and clarity when printing photos is great! I was amazed how close they are to color inkjet photos. I wish they could be printed as borderless. The problem of toner ink accumulating inside the printer could be bad for the printer. Complicated setup.
Once I got it programmed to receive messages to print from my iPad it was great. I got stuck at one point because I did not realize I had to swipe up to read further instructions to finish set-up.
