Finally have a good printer
Finally got a good printer. It prints double sided, colorful pages, scans . I love the paper tray loading as it makes for a compact printer. The only thing I dont like is it goes offline too much.

Finally have a good printer
Finally got a good printer. It prints double sided, colorful pages, scans . I love the paper tray loading as it makes for a compact printer. The only thing I dont like is it goes offline too much.

Aftermarket ink
Any printer that prevents you from using after market ink just to force you to buy OEM ink is a 0 star in my opinion.

Hardware fine - software is rubbish
Bought this a few weeks back, spent the usual 2 hours doing all the setup getting it on the network and running, first print works fine.... sweet... 2 weeks later I try to scan something... printer not found.. .check the printing... printer prints fine..... turns out this horrid little machine has install 11 programs on my computer to run it, the programs look like they...

This is not a good printer
This printer uses far too much ink. Brand new and it's already needing cleaning cycles which uses even more ink. I use it for photos and the black ink spears on photo paper because you have to set for plain paper or you can't get the standard-vivid option and on photo paper mode the the prints are very pour

Great printer for this retired couple
This printer is great for us. We are retired and just need simple copies of travel documents, recipes, fun stuff, etc. Fast enough printing, takes less space, and is simple to use.

Brand Quality Erroding
I have used this printer maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 2 months. Because I had previously owned a WF4350 I believe it was, and I was very happy with that printer and had it for several years. Love the new Printer
The printer was delivered promptly. When we finally had an opportunity to connect it up we followed the directions & prompts and everything seems to be working properly. Prints much faster than our previous printer. So far so good.

Great Basic Machine
This is a great Printer, Scanner and Copier.
This is my 4th Epson Printer. Completely satisfied.
I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm 72 years old, and not real tech savvy, but this was a breeze
to set-up and run.
The quality of printing is perfect for my needs. Well done Epson !

Anti-consumer garbage
Absolutely scummy product. Won't allow you to print B&W if color ink isn't used, ink is consumed crazy fast and cartridges are crazy expensive.

Even when you are printing only black text, a small amount of color ink is used to keep air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. Set up was challenging, but i figured it out on my own. Appreciated the learning experience.
Everything is good except I need assistance setting up the scan function. Will call Customer Svc. for help'; meanwhile, I will attempt to figure it out. We can do more than we even imagine. God has blessed with awesome brains.

Epson Stands Behind their products
I have the XP-4100 series and purchased other brands key factor maintain has been brainless. The print quality better than expected, Scanning Connectivity Compatibility with Android Windows Apple devices. Yes I definitely recommend Epson Printer Family and do not third party ink products

Don't Buy - Save your Money!
This is the absolute worst printer I have ever used. It jams every time I use it. There's no magic number for the amount of paper you need in the slot for it not to do it. I've wasted more paper than the print is worth.
